Electronics Repair Lifesaver
Perfect for desoldering heavy components and shrinking cable insulation. The 1150°F max heat is ideal for tough solder joints, and the variable regulator lets me fine-tune to avoid board damage. Reflectors included are great for precise shrinking. The quick-change element and brush system make maintenance a breeze—swapped brushes in 10 minutes. Lightweight and balanced for long sessions. Flawless for Automotive Restoration
Restoring classic cars means dealing with rusted bolts, old paint, and vinyl upholstery—this gun handles it all. Cranks up to 1150°F for stubborn paint removal, but I can drop to 850°F for vinyl without melting it. The 27 CFM airflow is strong and even, and the cold setting cools it fast. Lexan body stays cool, and the 6-ft cord is rugged. Two-year warranty seals the deal—haven’t needed it yet after 6 months of heavy use. Eddy’s reputation holds up 100%.

Aerospace Tech’s Dream Tool
Used daily for shrinking tubing and curing epoxies on aircraft assemblies. The variable temp control is dead-on—dialed in 900°F for delicate composites with no issues. Lightweight at 2.75 lbs, but the 1500W power feels like a much bigger unit. The stand is perfect for hands-free work, and UL listing gives peace of mind in our strict safety environment. Motor brushes are replaceable, so this thing’s built to last years. Reflectors included are a nice touch. Best heat gun I’ve owned in 15 years.

Heavy-Duty Beast for Paint Stripping
his heat gun is a game-changer for stripping multi-layer paint off old woodwork and metal frames. The 850-1150°F range chews through decades of paint at 1000°F without burning, and the 27 CFM airflow is smooth and consistent. Lexan housing feels bulletproof—dropped it twice on a concrete floor, no cracks. The included reflectors made shrinking heavy tubing a breeze. Easy to swap the mica element in minutes, which saved a job deadline. At $149.95, it’s pricey but worth it for pro-grade reliability. USA-made quality you can feel!

Heat Gun Performance
I'm so glad I found these guys. I've been buying cheap heat guns for years, and while some of them work pretty well, the performance just isn't there. The 7-9 CFM output on these imported heat guns I've been buying does not even fall into the same category as this Eddy 1100 Plus. 27 CFM is awesome. I have one now at work, and at home. The best thing about these, well the two best things, are that it's made in the USA and I want to support those companies, and it can be serviced. I can send it in for repair if something happens to it, or I can try to fix it myself. the parts are even sold online. No more buying $50 heat guns every year! pay the extra money for the quality of the product and the great customer service the team at Eddy Products has. Thanks Eddy...
