Return An Order


Return Guidelines:

We do our best at Eddy Products to make the return process easy and hassle free.  To return a product, securely package your product(s) in their original packaging and include a copy of your receipt with the return.  Once packaged, please follow these steps.

  • Log into your account and find your order. 
  • Under "Actions", click the "Return" button and complete the return request form. 
  • Your return request will be reviewed in a timely manner.  Once approved, an email follow up and/or pre-paid return label will be emailed to the original email used to complete the order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date for a full refund or exchange, but must comply with the terms & conditions of our return policy.  Products must be returned in their original box and packaging and must be received in the same condition they were shipped in.  Used or damaged products and/or products missing parts or accessories may be subject to partial refunds and restocking fees.


  • Any product that is not of new condition.
  • Any product which is non-functioning.
  • Any product which was purchased more than 180-days ago.
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, hardware, and all other products originally included with the product.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please submit a claim via your account portal. This would not be considered a return.
  • Any product which appears tampered with, customized, or altered in any way.
  • Not the same product originally purchased from the website. If you have received a different product than you had ordered, please submit a claim through your account. This would not be considered a return.
  • Orders received with no identifiable party. Please include your order number on a note in your return package to identify your return. If you no longer know your order number, include your name and point of contact.

Cancel An Order:

Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment.  Please note that email requests and voicemails may not be received in time, so we ask that you contact us immediately when a cancellation needs to be made.  Cancellations that are made prior to shipping are NOT subject to cancellation fees.  Keep in mind, we usually ship out orders within 1-2 business days after receiving that order, sometimes even the same day, so it's imperative to contact us immediately so we can cancel your order and refund you for your purchase. 

30-Day Hassle Free Returns:

Need to return a product that’s in new condition? We’ll take it back, no questions asked! All products on our website are eligible for our 30-Day Return policy with no restocking fee, unless otherwise stated. All returned products must be in new condition, unused, and with their original packaging. All products are tested before refunds are issued. Products not in working order are not eligible for a refund.  Since we're not able to accurately track every delivery date, the 30 day period starts on your order date.  

Return Shipping Labels

Pre-paid return labels will be provided on any items purchased through our website or items purchased through call-in orders.  Items that are shipped via one of our distributors or wholesalers may be subject to return shipping fees.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee for any item returned to our return shipping address within 30-days of purchase. Any products returned later than 30-days from purchase may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

Refunds & Replacements

Please allow 1-5 business days for returned products to be processed after being received.  Refunds can take several days to settle against your original payment method. 


Once your return has been processed, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. We are unable to provide refunds to any method of payment other than your original payment method. In the event that you no longer possess your original payment method, please reach out to your original payment methods financial institution and ask how your funds would be forwarded to your new account.

Store Credit

We do NOT issue store credit to anyone other than wholesale and dealer accounts.

Late Shipments

Eddy Products is not responsible for any orders which arrive late due to delays from the shipping carrier. In this case, shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.

Claims & Warranty

Issue with your order? Mistakes happen, but we’re here to help! If you've received a damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or missing item(s) from your order, we will replace these item(s) after verification, or provide a refund if they have gone out of stock. Please submit all claims through your account.

Lost In Shipping

Sometimes, items may not finish their journey to you. Eddy Products will replace and re-ship all items on your original order, and provide a refund for any products which are unable to be fulfilled because they have gone out of stock. Before submitting a claim for a lost shipment, please check your tracking number and contact the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx). We often see shipments arrive 1-2 business days after they are marked as received. If you have contacted your shipping carrier and still do not have your order in your possession, please fill out the claims form and we’ll provide a resolution.

Defective & Non-Functioning
All of our products do not come with the same warranty.  Any heat gun manufactured by Eddy Products in the US (Eddy Mark IV, EP Models), will have a full, 1 year warranty on any parts and labor costs.  After 30 days, buyers will be responsible for the cost to ship the heat gun to our warehouse for repair.  Once the heat gun has been received, Eddy Products will assess the defective part(s), and will determine whether or not the warranty applies.  If we notice the heat gun has been altered by the customer, or severely damaged by the customer, the warranty will be voided and the buyer would then have to pay for any repairs. Furthermore, failure to read the instruction manual or warning labels on the heat gun could also void the warranty, especially if the buyer damages the heat gun by failing the run the heat gun on it's COLD setting as instructed in the manual and molded on the heat gun itself.  Any warranty that has been approved by Eddy Products, will be fixed and shipped back at our expense.   Other items submitted for warranty consideration such as all Iroda butane products and any imported heat guns, will be assessed by Eddy Products. If deemed defective, a replacement will be issued, or refund provided if the item being replaced is not in stock. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process, unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. All warranty claims will be processed in a timely manner.  

Damaged in Shipping
Products damaged in shipping are eligible for replacement if Eddy Products is notified of the damage within 1-week of the date marked customer received by the shipping carrier. Photo evidence of the damaged product will need to be provided, including images of the box, shipping label, packaging material, and damaged item.

Items Missing From Order
Eddy Products will provide a replacement item, or a refund if the product is no longer in stock.
Items Received Different Than Ordered
Eddy Products will provide a replacement item, or a refund if the product is no longer in stock.
