The Iroda SOLDERPRO-70 is very similiar to the popular pocket-sized Solderpro 50 butane powered soldering iron. The SP-50, pencil shape, is 5.5" end to end while the SP-70, pencil shape, is 7.5" end to end. The biggest difference between the two units is the wattage output and the fuel run time. The SP-50 has a wattage output between 30-70 watts and the SP-70 has a wattage output between 25-80 watts. As for the total run time, the SP-70 has a much longer run time (120 min. at mid-setting) while the SP-50 has a run time of (40 min. at mid-setting).
